Welcome to Arugambay Roccos . By making a reservation or staying at our property, guests agree
to the following Terms & Conditions.

 

1. Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to room availability and confirmation.
  • A valid phone number and payment information may be required to confirm reservation

 

2. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Check-In Time: [2:00 PM]
  • Check-Out Time: [11:00 AM]

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

 

3. Payment Policy

  • Full or partial payment may be required before check-in.
  • Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, or approved payment methods.
  • Any additional charges during the stay must be settled before departure.

 

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Free cancellation is available up to [7 days] before check-in unless otherwise stated.
  • Cancellations made after the allowed period may be non-refundable.
  • No-shows and early departures are non-refundable.

 

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to:

  • Respect other guests and resort staff
  • Avoid excessive noise or disruptive behavior
  • Maintain cleanliness and care for resort property
  • Comply with all hotel safety guidelines

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to resort property during their stay.

 

6. Children & Extra Guests

  • Children must be supervised by parents or guardians at all times.
  • Additional guests not included in the reservation may incur extra charges.

 

7. Smoking & Alcohol

  • Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
  • Illegal substances and unlawful activities are strictly prohibited on resort premises.

 

8. Pets
Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is given by management.

 

9. Resort Facilities
Use of resort facilities such as swimming pools, Sea bathing, water sports are at the guest’s own
risk

 

10. Liability
The resort shall not be liable for:

  • Loss, theft, or damage of guest belongings
  • Delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by weather, natural disasters, or events
    beyond our control
  • Personal injury caused by negligence or misuse of facilities

 

11. Privacy
Guest information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and will not be shared with
unauthorized third parties.

 

12. Right to Refuse Service
Management reserves the right to refuse service or request guests to leave the property for:

  • misconduct,
  • illegal activities,
  • damage to property,
  • or violation of resort policies.

 

13. Amendments

The resort reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
