Return Policy

1. Reservation Confirmation
All reservations are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment or full payment.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in will be free.
  • No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.

 

3. Peak Season & Holiday Bookings
Bookings made during public holidays, festival periods, or peak seasons may require full
prepayment and may be non-refundable.

 

4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

 

5. Booking Amendments
Date changes are subject to room availability.

 

6. Force Majeure
In case of natural disasters, government travel restrictions, or emergencies beyond guest control,
the resort may offer:

  • date changes,
  • travel credits, or
  • partial/full refunds at management discretion.

 

7. Third-Party Bookings
Reservations made through Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, or other travel platforms are subject to
the cancellation and refund rules of that platform.
